Something not working?

Email info@osqr.ai and a person reads it. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it — this is a small company and the person who wrote the software is the person who answers.

What to send

The more of this you include, the faster it gets fixed. None of it is required — a one-line email is fine and gets read.

  • The email address on your account.
  • What you were doing, in your own words. "I hit send and nothing happened" is a perfectly good bug report.
  • The quote it happened on, if it was one quote in particular.
  • A screenshot if you can. On an iPhone: press the side button and volume up together.

Things that go wrong, and what to do

The quote is taking a long time. Most take under a minute. A long voice note or a set of plans can take two or three. If you are past five minutes, something is stuck — send us the job and we will look.

A price came out wrong. Fix it on the review screen before you send. That correction is written back to your own rate book, so the next quote in that trade uses your number. Any line the software had to guess at is labelled “estimated” — those are the ones worth checking first.

My customer says they never got it. Check the junk folder first, it is nearly always that. You can also copy the quote link and text it to them yourself, which lands more reliably than email and is what we would do.

I need to change a quote they already signed. Email us. A signed quote is a record of what your customer agreed to, so we handle changes to one carefully rather than letting the number quietly move underneath a signature.

Billing and cancelling

VoiceQuote is $149 per month for each person sending quotes, with no cap on how many you send. You can cancel any time from your billing settings in the app, and you keep every quote you have already made.

If you are cancelling because something did not work, we would rather hear about it than lose you quietly. Say so in the email.

Before you email

Most questions are answered on the homepage FAQ, and the trade pages show what the output looks like for the kind of work you do. Two things worth knowing up front, because they are the most common surprises:

  • Your customer cannot pay by card yet. You send the invoice with your own payment instructions and mark it paid when the money lands. We are building card payment; it is not there today.
  • There is a short setup the first time. Your company details, your prices, your terms. It takes a few minutes and you can answer most of it out loud.

Who you are emailing

VoiceQuote is made by Osqr Labs LLC in Arizona. It was built by Kable Record, who ran construction companies before he wrote software and still answers the support mail.
