The short version

A subscription to VoiceQuote at $149 per month for each person who sends quotes. There is no cap on how many you send, no per-quote fee and no credits that expire. It works on any OSQR plan including the free one — that $149 is the whole bill.

It renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing settings, it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep every quote you have already made.

VoiceQuote drafts. You review and you send. Every quote lands on a review screen before anything goes to a customer, and it is deliberately not possible to skip that step.

That means the numbers on a proposal you send are your numbers, and the contract your customer signs is your contract. If a line is priced wrong, that is between you and your customer the same way it would be if you had typed it. We label every line the software had to estimate rather than take from your rate book, precisely so you know which ones to look hardest at.

We are not a party to your contract with your customer, we are not your estimator, and we do not warrant that a price is correct for your market. What we do warrant is that the software will not quietly present a guess as though it were your own rate.

• Use it for your own business, on as many jobs as you like.
• Send quotes under your own branding — that is the point of it.
• One subscription is one person sending quotes. If two of you send, that is two.
• Do not resell it or wrap it in your own product without a written agreement. If you want to, email us — there is a partner arrangement and it is a real conversation, not a no.

Your customer cannot pay you by card through VoiceQuote. You send an invoice with your own payment instructions and mark it paid when the money lands. We say this on every page that mentions getting paid, because the alternative is somebody buying it for a feature that is not there.

This is a small company. The software runs on serious infrastructure and it is watched, but there is no enterprise uptime guarantee behind this price and we are not going to pretend there is. If something is broken, email info@osqr.ai and a person who can fix it will read it.

Your quotes are not held hostage to that. Every one can be downloaded as a PDF, at any time, including after you cancel.

We will email the address on your account before a change that affects what you pay or what you get. Carrying on using it after that is how you accept it; cancelling is how you do not.
