The draft comes back priced
About 42 seconds after you stop talking — measured on a real job — a finished draft is waiting: scope worked out, every line priced against your own rate book. Lines it had to estimate are marked as estimates, so you can see which numbers came from where. It can fill in the job city’s sales-tax rate too, and where it cannot verify one it says so and leaves the call to you instead of guessing.

You check it, then they sign it
Every quote lands on a review screen before anyone else sees it. Change a price, drop a line, add a note — then send. Your customer gets a branded proposal, taps Approve and signs with a finger. You get a text the second they do, and you both keep the countersigned PDF.

The deposit invoice, without retyping
Turn the signed quote into a deposit invoice on the payment schedule you set. The numbers move over themselves — nothing gets typed a second time, so nothing gets typed wrong.

The call you answer from the truck
“Did you ever send me that quote?” Every job shows where it stands and what is still owed — what you bid, for whom, signed or waiting. You answer in one look instead of one evening.
